电子结肠镜单人操作技术在低位不全性肠梗阻中的临床应用研究

Clinical application of electronic single-man-colonoscopy technique in low incomplete intestinal obstruction

目的:探讨单人结肠镜操作技术在低位不全性肠梗阻的诊治中的明显优势。方法:采用轴保持缩短法的单人结肠镜操作技术,主要对15例不全性低位肠梗阻病例检查技术进行分析。结果:15例病例检查过程安全、顺利,无一例有严重并发症,检查结果为结直肠癌(全部经病理证实)占6例,其中肝曲1例,乙状结肠1例,4例为直肠癌;肠粘连3例;未见明显异常3例;缺血性肠病1例;多发性憩室伴巨大粪石1例;多发性息肉1例。结论:单人结肠镜操作法在低位不全性肠梗阻的诊治中具有独特优势、临床价值高,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the obvious advantages of the single colonoscopy operation technique in the diagnosis and treat- ment of low incomplete intestinal obstruction. Method Analyzed the examination technique of 15cases of incomplete intestinal obstruction by using the ＂ axis is maintained by shorten＂ single colonoscopy technique. Results The inspection processed safety and smooth with no se- rious complication in 15 cases ,examination results for 6 eases were colorectal cancer （ all were confirmed by pathology ）, of whiehlcase was hepatic flexure, 1 ease was sigmoid colon, and 4cases were all rectal cancer; intestinal adhesion in 3 cases;no obvious abnormality in 3 cases;ischemic bowel disease in 1 case;multiple diverticulum with huge bozoars in 1 ease;multiple polyps in 1 case. Conclusion Single colonoscopy in low incomplete intestinal obstruction has high clinical value and has a special advantage, so that it is worth promoting.
