定量法检测肌钙蛋白Ⅰ在急性心肌梗死(AMI)诊断和治疗中的应用价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨定量法检测肌钙蛋白Ⅰ在急性心肌梗死(AMI)诊断和治疗中的应用价值。方法:选择54例心肌梗死患者为试验对象,将患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组27例。结果:经过治疗对比观察,试验组总有效率为92.59%,对照组总有效率为48.14%,试验组的效果明显高于对照组。两组患者的试验数据对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肌钙蛋白Ⅰ是一种很敏感、特殊的心肌血清损伤标志,对于急性心肌梗死的治疗有着重要的作用,极大的提高了患者的生存率。效果明显,恢复期短,具有较高的临床推广和使用价值。
