中式快餐有效减少顾客等待时间——以杭州“咬不得”高祖生煎为例

摘要 近年来在外就餐人群规模的扩大和餐饮业店面扩建速度跟不上之间的矛盾愈显突出,一些餐厅在用餐高峰期排队等候现象愈发严重,已经成为影响消费者满意度的主要短板因素。本文就杭州"咬不得"高祖生煎(下沙物美店)进行考察,分析中式快餐在减少顾客等候时间上的管理方法。
