激光光凝治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨眼底全视网膜光凝术治疗糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的效果。方法应用532半导体绿激光治疗对90例(180只眼)DR患者行全视网膜光凝术,术后观察视力、眼底新生血管、玻璃体积血等情况,观察至1年。结果眼底激光治疗后1个月治疗后视力提高>2行72眼(40%),无变化的有73眼(40.6%),视力下降>2行,35眼(19.4%)。视网膜出血、水肿、渗出吸收减少或视网膜新生血管消退者175只眼(97.2%)。5只眼(2.8%)在进行全视网膜光凝后出现周边视网膜新生血管出血,行玻璃体切割术,术中璃体腔曲安奈德注射,补充激光治疗。结论激光光凝是治疗糖尿病视网膜病变效果良好。 Objective To discuss the effect of laser photocoagulation in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy. Methods 90 cases (180 eyes) in diabetic retinopathy, laser photocoagulation through the line of treatment, regular observation of visual acuity, and fundus fluorescein angiography (3 month), records of new blood vessels, vitreous hemorrhage, etc. The observation period 1 year. Results After the completion of laser treatment 1 month, visual acuity was improved≥2 lines 72 (40%), no change in 73 (40.6%), decreased visualacuity ≤2 rows 35 (19.4%). Angiography showed neovascularization subsided 175 (97.2%), 5(2.8%) developed vitreous hemorrhage. Across vitrectomy laser photocoagulation were added. Conclusion Laser photocoagulation to treatdiabetic retinopathy is an effective manner.
