摘要
目的评价以问题为基础的教学法(PBL)在外科护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取2010年5月至2012年6月在我科实习的大学生82人,平均分为实验组和参比组。实验组采用PBL的教学模式,参比组采用传统的教学模式,在实习结束前进行教学结果考核和护理接受者的满意度调查。结果经统计学分析,两组学生在理论知识和健康教育指导考核以及护理接受者对其满意度方面的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论 PBL教学法提高了护理学生的健康教育能力,也增加受护理人员的满意度。
Objectives To evaluate the application effect of PBL (Problem-Based Learning) in surgical nursing. Methods 82 interns in our department from May 2010 to Jtm 2012 were divided equally into experimental group and controlled group, PBL was applied in experimental group and traditional learning method was used in controlled group, followed by the learning results evaluation and satisfaction survey after internship. Results The difference between the two groups in learning results evaluation and satisfaction survey is of great significance (P〈0.05). Conclusions PBL will improve the health teaching ability of nursing interns and increase the satisfaction of persons who receive nursing.
