PPH与外剥内扎术治疗环状混合痔的疗效对比分析

Comparative Analysis on Curative Effect of PPH and Procedure of External Dissection and Internal Ligation in Treating Circular Mixed Hemorrhoid

目的探讨PPH与外剥内扎术手术方法治疗环状混合痔的临床效果。方法选取2001年11月至2011年10月间在我院住院治疗的环状混合痔患者200例,随机分为PPH组和外剥内扎手术组,观察两组患者术中、术后一般情况及并发症发生情况。结果 PPH组手术时间、住院时间、恢复工作时间明显短于外剥内扎组,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PPH组术后疼痛指数、尿潴留、便中带血及肛门狭窄发生率明显少于外剥内扎手术组,二者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PPH组手术总有效率优于外剥内扎组,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PPH治疗环状混合痔具有外剥内扎方法无法比拟的优点,值得应用。

Objective To invesgate the curative effect of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids and procedure of external dissection and internal ligation in treating circular mixed hemorrhoid. Methods 200 cases with circular mixed hemorrhoids were divided into the PPH group and the procedure of external dissection and internal ligation group, the general state of health in and after operation, complications were observed. Results The time of operation, stay and returning to work in the PPH group were fewer than those in the procedure of external dissection and internal ligation group, and there was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. The rate of pain index after operation, urine retention, bleed attach to sedes and anal stricture in the PPH group were fewer than those in the procedure of external dissection and internal ligation group, and there was significant difference between two groups （P〈 0.05）. The total effectiveness in the PPH group surpasses those in the procedure of external dissection and internal ligation group, and there was significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion PPH in treating circular mixed hemorrhoid is superior to procedure of external dissection and internal ligation, which is worthy of clinical application.
