循环肿瘤细胞在乳腺癌中检测和应用的研究进展
摘要
在我国，乳腺癌是导致妇女死亡的主要原因之一，其中远处转移的发生是导致乳腺癌患者死亡的最主要原因。然而，肿瘤细胞转移机制目前尚不清楚。当前，肿瘤检测手段严重依赖于影像学和血清标志物。基于肿瘤细胞播散理论，检测循环肿瘤细胞（CTC）有可能早期发现肿瘤转移和复发情况。因此，本文就相关的CTC成像、检测技术和近期发现的CTC特性分子加以概述。
