高分辨率测压对排粪功能障碍的诊断意义 被引量：2

摘要 直肠肛管动力检测有助于临床医生了解患者排粪功能障碍的病理生理机制。目前，临床应用较广泛的是水灌注测压（water perfused manometry，WPM）。随着压力传感技术和计算机技术的进步，高分辨率测压技术应运而生，最先应用于食管动力检测。现逐渐应用于直肠肛管动力检测。
