摘要
本文根据1985～1987年在大连地区捕获的方氏云鳚为材料,对其卵母细胞发育各阶段的形态特征进行了描述和探讨。并对方氏云鳚产卵类型及卵子形成过程中生长环的形成等问题进行了阐述。
Studies have been made on the histological characteristics and division of the stages of the ovarian development of Enedai.is fangi.Samples were collected from 1985 to 1987 in Dalian.In this paper, the morphological characteristics of the oocyte development in each stage were described and discussed. The spawning type was determined by the exterior characteristics of the ovary and the composition, growth and decline of the oocytes in the ovary before and after the spawning. It was also expounded that the appearance of the division of the layer in cytoplasm, i.e. the formation of growth ring when the oocytes develop to the mid of phase 2.
