降低制丝劣质成本方法的研究

摘要 从降低加料后片叶中总结块的重量出发,研究了影响结块总重量的切片回潮的相关工艺参数。实验结果表明:(1)在试验范围内选取切片次数为4、主水流与之水流比为90%、主水流蒸汽压力为2.0bar、前辅助蒸汽压力为1.2bar、热风风门开度为80%是最优参数组合;(2)采用最优设备参数组合进行切片回潮,能将加料后片叶中的总结块重量降低1/2;对每一批的大片率和碎片率无影响,每一批生产时间增加5min。 After the leaves from the lower feeding summarizes the weight of the starting block to study the impact of agglomer- ation resurgence of the total weight of the slice associated process parameters. The results showed that: ( 1 ) the test within the selected slice number is 4, the main flow with the flow ratio of 90%, the main water vapor pressure of 2.0bar, the former auxiliary steam pressure of 1.2bar, hot air throttle opening of 80% is the most excellent combination of parameters; (2) the optimal combination of device parameters slices resurgence, can feed a summary after the leaves in half to reduce the weight of the block, rate for each batch of large and debris was no effect, increased production time for each group of five minutes.
