太赫兹成像技术在肿瘤诊断方面的应用 被引量:15

摘要 太赫兹波介于微波和红外线之间,是一种新型的远红外相干辐射源。与微波、X射线和核磁共振成像相比,太赫兹成像技术具有分辨率高、对生物样品无损伤的特点,近年来在生物医学领域得到了广泛的应用与研究,特别是在肿瘤诊断方面有着巨大的应用潜力。结合透射式和反射式太赫兹成像系统,本文总结了太赫兹成像技术在皮肤基底细胞癌、乳腺癌、肝癌和宫颈癌等肿瘤诊断中的应用、取得的成果和亟待解决的问题,对这种新型的肿瘤诊断方法的临床应用做了有益的探索。 Terahertz wave is a new coherent far infrared source that spans the gap between microwave and infrared radiation. Compared with microwave, X-ray and NMR (nuclear magnetic resonance) imaging, terahertz imaging has the advantages of high resolution and no harm to biological samples, which has been comprehensively applied in biomedical fields in recent years, especially in cancer diagnosis. Combined with the terahertz imaging systems of transmission type and reflection type, a general review of its application in diagnosis of skin basal cell carcinoma, breast cancer, liver cancer and cervical cancer is provided. The achievements and the problems to be solved are also discussed, which made a beneficial exploration to the cancer diagnosis technology.
