目的 :测定麝香保心丸中苯甲酸苄酯的含量。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法。结果 :苯甲酸苄酯的含量在 6.90～15.9mg/g。 结论 :本法快速、简便、准确 ;
Objective: To determine the content of benzyl benzoate in Heart protecting Musk Pills. Methods: The determination was performed by HPLC. Results: The content of benzyl benzoate was at arange of 6.9～15.93mg/g. Conclusion: This method is quick, simple, accurate and provides a certain basis for controlling the quality of Heart protecting Musk pills.
