摘要
:目的 :探讨柴胡炮制前后主要有效成分的变化。方法 :应用TLC、UV等方法对柴胡生品与醋炙品的有效成分进行了比较分析。结果 :柴胡经醋炙后 ,挥发油含量从 0 .15%下降至 0 .12 % ,其蒸馏液 ( 1∶10 )在 2 76± 1nm波长处的光密度值由 0 .34 1下降到 0 .2 50 ,柴胡生品与醋炙品总皂甙含量一致 ,并均含有柴胡皂甙a、柴胡皂甙d。结论 :柴胡醋炙后挥发油含量下降了约 2 0 % 。
Objective: To investigate the changes of main active compositions of Radix Bupleuri before and after being processed.Methods: The comparative analyses of active compositions of the crude and processed product of Radix Bupleuri with viregar were performed by TLC and UV, etc. Results: After being processed with vinegar, the content of volafile oil of Radix Bupleuri decreased from 0.15%+0.12%. The optical density value of its disfilled liquical of 276±1nm wavelength also decresed from 0.341 to 0.250. The crude and processed product of Radix Bupleuri with vinegar comtained similar content of total saponins and both contaired saikosaponin a.d. Conclusion: The volatile oil of Radix Bupleuri after being processed decreases about 20%. But the total saponin content dosn't change.
