干扰素联合利肝灵治疗小儿丙型肝炎疗效观察

Curative Effect Investigation of Liganling Syrup with Interferon for Pediatric Hepatitis C

目的 :观察中西医结合治疗小儿丙型肝炎的疗效。方法 :对小儿丙型肝炎 30例患儿随机分为 3组 ,A组治疗组用干扰素加利肝灵糖浆治疗。B组用干扰素治疗。C组用利肝灵糖浆治疗。治疗 6个月后复查ALT ,HCV RNA作对比观察。结果 :干扰素联合利肝灵糖浆 ,ALT的复常率为 84.6 1% ,HCV RNA阴转率为 5 3 .84% ;干扰素治疗组ALT的复常率为 5 4.5 4% ,HCV RNA阴转率为 45 .45 % ;利肝灵糖浆治疗组ALT的复常率为 6 6 .6 6 % ,HCV RNA阴转率为 33 .33 %。结论

Objective: To investigate the curative effect of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for pediatric hepatitis C. Methods: 30 Cases of pediatric hepatitis C were divided into 3 groups at random. A group: the therapy group, treated with Liganling Syrup with interferon; B group: treated with inteferon; and C group: teated with Liganling Syrup. After 6 months treatement, ALT and HCV RNA were detected and compared. Results: ALT recovery ratioes were 84.61%, 54.54% and 66.66% for A, B and C groups, respectively. The HCV RNA nagative transforming ratioes were 53.8%, 45.45% and 33.33% for A,B and C groups, respectively. Conclusion: The combination treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is effective for pediatric hepatitis C.
