膜分离工艺对糖渴清总固体含量及降血糖作用的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的 :考察膜分离精制工艺对糖渴清服用剂量及疗效的影响。方法 :以药典法测定不同工艺样品的总固体含量 ,并以四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠血糖值为指标 ,考察不同工艺样品的降血糖效应。结果 :常规水提工艺组与两种膜分离工艺组对糖尿病小鼠均有显著降血糠作用 ,相互间无显著差异 ,而两种膜分离工艺组可使制剂固含物分别减少 2 9%与 37%。结论 :膜分离精制工艺可有效减少糖渴清服用剂量 。 Objective: To investigate the effects of membrane separation purificatory technology on dosage and curative effect of Tangkeqing. Methods: The solid compositions of different samples were determined according to methods in pharmacopeia. And the hypoglycemic action of different samples were studied in blood sugar value of alloxan diabetic mice as a marker. Results: All the routine water extraction group and two kinds of membrane separation purificatory technology groups showed stronger hypoglycemic action. No significant difference observed among them. But solid compositions of preparation decreased 29% and 37%, respectively in two kinds of membrane separation purficatory technology groups. Conclusions: The membrane separation purificatory technology can effectively reduce dose but rather influence its hypoghycemic action.
