阿魏酸及亚硒酸钠对年幼大白鼠的作用

ACTION OF FERULIC ACID AND SODIUM SELEMITE ON YOUNG RATS

用透射电子显微镜研究了阿魏酸及亚硒酸钠对年幼大白鼠软骨细胞、肝脏和肌肉细胞的作用,发现阿魏酸可引起大白鼠骺板软骨细胞病变,同时对肝脏、肌肉细胞也有明显的损伤,特别是损伤细胞内线粒体。若同时注射阿魏酸和亚硒酸钠,这种损伤作用会受到抑制,细胞中绝大多数线粒体正常。本文对阿魏酸引起细胞损伤及亚硒酸钠保护线粒体的机制进行了讨论。

TEM investigation was made to examine the effects of ferulic acid and sodium selemite on the epiphyseal cartilage, liver and muscle cells in young rats The results revealed that cartilage, liver and muscle cells were damaged after ferttlic acid injection, with the mitochondral of the cell's damaged seriously. The damage of ferulic acid to mitochondral of the cartilage, liver and muscle cells can be protected with an additional injection of soditim selemite. Higher dose sodium selemite has no effect on mitochondral. The damage action of ferulic acid on the cell mitochondral and the protection mechanisms of sodium selemite are discussed.
