四君子汤对动物肠菌失调及正常胃肠功能的药理研究

Studies on Pharmacological Actions of Four Gentlemen Decoction on Intestinal Flora Alteration and Normal Gastrointestinal Functions of Animal

目的 :观察四君子汤对动物肠道菌群失调及正常胃肠功能的药理作用。方法 :选用大黄灌胃制造肠道菌群失调模型 ,选用胃排空、小肠推进运动、胃液分析以及离体肠肌实验。结果 :四君子汤对肠道菌群失调的小鼠 ,能使肠道双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌菌量明显增加 ;对正常动物的胃排空、小肠推进运动、胃液分泌以及离体肠肌具有明显的抑制作用。结论 :四君子汤能调节肠道菌群紊乱 。

Objective: To investigate the pharmacological actions of Four Gentlemen Decoction on intestinal flora alteration and normal gastrointestinal functions of animal. Methods: The intestinal flora alteration model was established by stomach perfusion of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei and studies were carried out by the methods of gastric emptying, small intestine driving, gastric juice analysis and free myenrteron. Results: Four Gentlemen Decoction can increase the amount of Bacillus bifidus and Bacilluo acidi lactici in intestine tract of mice with intestinal flora alteration, and inhibit obviously gastric emptying, small intestine driving, gastric secretion and free myenteron of normal animal. Conclusions: Four Gentlemen Decoction can regulate the intestinal flora alteration and inhibit the gastrointestinal functions of normal animal.
