第二产程异常及处理

Abnormal Second Stage of Labor and Its Treatment

目的 探讨引起第二产程异常的原因及防治措施。方法 对 1997～ 1999年在我院分娩的 2 0 0例产妇 (正常组 10 0例、异常组 10 0例 )的分娩记录资料进行回顾性分析。结果 产程异常组的新生儿出生平均体重、胎方位异常、产力异常、剖宫产率以及并发症发生率均显著高于正常组 (P <0 .0 5～ <0 .0 0 0 1)。结论 在骨盆正常情况下 ,新生儿过大、胎方位异常及产力异常是造成第二产程异常的主要原因。对产程异常的处理 。

Objective To study the causes and preventive measures of abnormal second stage of labor.Method A restrospective analysis was carried out in 200 parturients(100 cases in normal group and 100 cases in abnormal group) admitted our hospital from 1997 to 1999.Results The average birth weight,abnormal fetal position,abnormal uterine contraction,cesarean section rate and complication rate of abnormal group were significantly higher than those of normal group( P <0.05～<0.0001).Conclusions When the pelvis was normal,fetal macrosomia,abnormal fetal position and abnormal uterine were main causes leading to abnormal second stage of labor.Prevention and treatment above factors was key.
