摘要
目的 :探讨糖尿病对青春发育期大鼠血清和心、肝、肾组织细胞代谢的影响。方法 :分糖尿病 ( D)、胰岛素及时治疗 ( DCIR)、胰岛素延迟治疗 ( DDIR)、对照 ( C)组。采用日本日立牌 71 50型生化自动分析仪测试。结果 :D组显著升高的有 GPT,AKP,GOT,LAP和 CK,心、肾组织中显著下降的有 GOT,ICDH,CK,心组织中还有 GPT和 GLDH,肾组织中还有 LAP,肝组织中显著下降有GOT,LAP和 CK,胰岛素替代治疗上述指标有明显改善。结论 :糖尿病对青春期大鼠血清及心、肝、肾组织多种细胞酶代谢有显著影响 ,胰岛素及时治疗效果显著优于延迟治疗。
Objective:To study the effect of diabetes on the changes of serum and organ tissue enzymes in puberty rats with diabetes.Methods:All rats were divided into 4 groups:diabetes (D),diabetes with continuous insulin replacement (DCIR),diabetes with delayed insulin replacement (DDIR) and control (C).All of results were determined by the use of Hitachi 7150 automatic biochemistry analyzer.Results:GPT,AKP,GOT,LAP and CK in serum were markedly promoted in D group;GOT,ICDH,CK ,GPT,GLDH in the heart and GOT,ICDH,CK,LAP in the kidney and GOT,LAP,CK in the liver were decreased significantly in D group.Conclusion:The cellular enzyme activities are markedly influenced by diabetes in puberty rats,and the effect of replacement in DCIR is better than that in DDIR. 〔
