Ⅰ型糖尿病微血管并发症血浆心钠素的变化

摘要 目的 :阐明 型糖尿病 ( IDDM)及其微血管并发症血浆心钠素的变化。方法 :应用放免分析法 ,测定 31例 型糖尿病患者及 2 5例正常健康者血浆心钠素水平。结果 :糖尿病儿血浆心钠素水平较正常儿明显增高 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ;伴微血管并发症者血浆心钠素水平较不伴微血管并发症者增高 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ;随微血管并发症种类的增多 ,血浆心钠素随之增高。结论 :血浆心钠素的增高可能与IDDM微血管并发症有关。 IDDM病人血浆心钠素与糖尿病病程及尿白蛋白排泄相关 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ;与空腹血糖、果糖胺及 C-肽无相关。 Objective:To investigate the change in plasma ANF IDDM and its microvascular complication.Methods:The plasma level of ANF was measured by radioimmunoassy in 31 patients with IDDM and 25 normal controls.Results:The plasma levels of ANF were significantly elevated in IDDM,compared with the normal controls (P<0 01) and the levels were also higher markedly in diabetic patients with microangiopathy complication than in those without that complication (P<0 01).The more kinds of microangiopathy complication,the higher levels of the plasma ANF and blood glucose,but the plasma level ANF was correlated with the duration of diabetes mellitus and 24 hour UAE (P<0 01).Conclusion:The result of the study suggests that ANF is associated with the development,progress and severity of microvasculat complication. 〔
