摘要 神经营养因子-酪氨酸激酶受体(NT-Trk)信号通路在神经细胞的发育、生长中发挥重要的调控作用。近年来发现Trk还参与了许多恶性肿瘤的发病机制。研究认为TrkB表达与肿瘤生成有关,脑源性生长因子(BDNF)/TrkB信号转导通路激活赋予肿瘤存活、血管生成、化疗耐药和失巢凋亡抑制能力。该文就TrkB信号转导通路在肿瘤中的作用作一综述。 Neurotrophin-tyrosine kinase receptor (NT-Trk) signaling pathway plays an important role in the neural regulation of development. Now it has been recently revealed that Trk may also participate in the pathogenesis of many malignant tumors. It is demonstrated that the expression of TrkB is related to oncogenesis. The activation of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF)/TrkB signal transduction pathway stimulates tumor cell survival and angiogenesis, and contributes to the resistance to cytotoxic drugs and anoikis. The role of TrkB signal transduction pathway in tumors is reviewed in this paper.
