重睑成形术术前术后外眼的三维测量分析

3D cephalometric analysis of preoperative and postoperative eyes of the double eyelid-plasty

目的 :揭示重睑成形术术后外眼形态的客观变化。方法 :通过对 50例施重睑成形术患者分别于术前、术后对外眼的形态进行三维测量分析。结果 :三维测量六项指标的变化以及经配对样本的 T检验结果表明 ,重睑术后外眼显著性变化是眼裂宽度、睫毛长度和睫毛角度术后值的增加。结论 :本研究肯定了重睑成形术的术后效果 ,并从解剖学角度分析了产生上述客观变化的原因 ,进一步讨论了重睑成形术的适应证和禁忌证。

Objective:To illustrate the objective changes of eyes shaping after the operation of double eyelid plasty.Methods:With 3 dimension (3D) cephalometric analysis (refers to both of the front back directions of eyeball protruding and eyelash angle,the vertical direction of palpebral fissure width and eyelash length,with the level direction of palpebral fissure length,and the distance between media canthi) of one hundred eyes before and after the double eyelid plasty.Results:The changes of the mean in the 6 indexes of 3D cephalometric analysis and experimental results of pair samples show that the significant differences lie in the changes of the width of palpebral fissure,the length and angle of eyelash after operation.Conclusion:The postoperative effect of the double eyelid plasty is then confirmed,and the indications as well as contraindications are deeply studied. 〔
