VEGF-D及其受体VEGFR-3在非小细胞肺癌中的表达与淋巴结转移的关系

Relationship between VEGF-D Expression and VEGFR-3 and Lymph Node Metastasis in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

摘要 目的:对VEGF-D及其受体VEGFR-3在良性疾病肺组织和非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达进行研究,探寻其相互之间的关系,从而进一步探讨VEGF-D、VEGFR-3在肺癌发生及NSCLC淋巴管生成和淋巴结早期转移中的作用。方法:收集非小细胞肺癌患者术后肺组织标本52例,良性疾病肺组织30例,应用半定量逆转录聚合酶链反应法(RT-PCR)检测良性疾病肺组织及肺癌组织中VEGF-D、VEGFR-3 mRNA的表达量。结果:VEGF-D mRNA、VEGFR-3 mRNA在肺癌组织中的表达水平较良性疾病肺组织表达水平明显升高(P<0.05)。VEGF-D、VEGFR-3 mRNA在肺癌组织中的表达与淋巴结转移无显著相关。结论:VEGF-D、VEGFR-3 mRNA的表达与肺癌发生有显著的相关性。 Objective: Both the vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF-D) and its receptor, VEGFR-3, is considered correlated with lymphangiogenesis. This study attempts to identify the clinical significance of VEGF-D and VEGFR-3 expressions in lymph node metastasis in patients with non-small cell lung cancers (NSCLC). Methods: The tissue specimens of lung tumors from 52 NSCLC patients were analyzed. Pulmonary tissues from 30 patients with other lung diseases without cancers were included in the study as the controls. A semi-quantitative multiplex reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction technology was applied to measure the expression levels of VEGF-D and VEGFR- 3 mRNA.Results:1) The expressions of VEGF-D and VEGFR-3 mRNA in the lung tumor tissues were significantly higher compared with those of benign diseases (P〈0.05 ). 2) The VEGF-D and VEGFR- 3 mRNA levels in the tumor tissues of the NSCLC patients showed no differences between the groups with and without nodal metastasis (P〉0.05 ). Conclusion:The VEGF-D and VEGFR- 3 expression levels correlate with the occurrence of lung cancer.
