非梗死性异常Q波56例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 56 cases with non-infarct's abnormal Q-wave

目的 :了解非梗死性异常 Q波的临床意义。方法 :选择临床心电图有异常 Q波而排除心肌梗死的患者5 6例 ,分析其异常 Q波的发生导联及与原发病的关系。结果 :非梗死性异常 Q波可在慢性肺源性心脏病、冠心病、预激综合征、心肌病等疾病中出现。结论 :临床上异常 Q波应密切关注其发生导联及动态观察 。

Objective:To probe the clinical value of noninfarct′s abnormal Qwave. Method:56 nonmyocardial infarction patients with abnormal Qwave on clinical electrocardiogram were selected and analysis was done to study the relationship between abnormal Qwave and essential disease.Result:Noninfarct′s abnormal Qwave might probably appear in chronic cor pulmonale,coronary heart disease,preexcitation syndrome,cardiomyopathy and so on.Conclusion:Pay close attention to the lead and observe it dynamically, when abnormal Qwave occurs in order to avoid mistake for myocardial infarction.
