Ultrasonic appearances of unilateral multiple Wilms tumors in child:Case report

摘要患儿女，5岁，家长发现其肉眼血尿1周，为全程血尿，无尿频、尿急、尿痛，无寒战、高热。体格检查未见明显异常。
