摘要
microRNA是一种内源性的小核苷酸片段,它可以通过促进mRNA的降解或抑制mRNA的翻译对其靶基因的表达发挥负调控作用.最近的研究报道,一系列心脏特异性的microRNA能够调控心脏的发育过程,包括心肌细胞分化、增殖、凋亡和衰老等.另外,microRNA在一些心脏疾病的发生、发展中发挥作用,包括心肌肥大、心律失常、心肌梗死、心力衰竭等.本文综合近期的研究,对microRNA在心脏发育和心脏疾病中的作用进行综述.
are endogenous small non-protein-coding RNAs which act as negative regulators of their target gene expression by promoting mRNA degradation or inhibiting mRNA translation. Recently, a series of cardiac-specific microRNAs have been reported to control the heart development, including the differentiation, proliferation, apoptosis and senescence of cardiomyocytes. In addition, microRNAs participate in many pathophysiological processes in the heart, including cardiac hypertrophy, arrhythmia, myocardial infarction, and heart failure. Here, we summarize recent studies to review microRNA roles in heart development and heart diseases.
