骨蛋白提取物：新一代基于脱钙骨基质的骨修复材料

摘要 骨蛋白提取物是新一代基于脱钙骨基质骨的修复材料.本文综述了脱钙骨基质骨修复材料及新一代产品骨蛋白提取物的特性.骨蛋白提取物具有骨传导、骨诱导及骨发生的能力.动物实验和临床研究均表明,这种新型脱钙骨基质骨修复材料具有较强的成骨能力.骨蛋白提取物具有良好的生物相容性,将成为较为理想的骨修复材料.
