亚低温对脑损伤大鼠海马区Cyt-C、Bcl-XL、Bcl-XS表达的影响 被引量:5

摘要 研究表明细胞色素C(cytochrome C,Cyt-C)自线粒体释放人胞浆是诱导细胞凋亡的关键环节。Bcl-2基因家族是细胞凋亡过程中一类重要的调节因子,包含两类功能相反的基因:一类是抑制细胞凋亡的基因,如Bcl.2和Bcl-W等;另一类是促进细胞凋亡的基因,如Bax、Bak和Bcl-Xs等。
