危重病患者三种气管切开术比较 被引量：8

摘要 气管切开术是危重病患者常用的建立人工气道的方法。目前国内常用的气管切开术有传统气管切开术、经皮扩张气管切开术、经皮旋转气管切开术。三种方法手术操作不尽相同，并发症的发生各有差异。毓璜顶医院ICU从2007年开始应用经皮旋转气管切开术，为减少其气管后壁损伤并发症，2009年对其进行改良，采用扩张＋旋转结合的方法，取得很好效果，气管后壁损伤减少，值得临床推广。
