摘要
目的 探讨腹腔镜阑尾切除更加微创的手术方法。方法 采用标准腹腔镜器械的基础之上 ,应用针式器械辅助 ,三个切口分别为 0 .2 cm、0 .5cm、1 .0 cm;根据阑尾血管分布的特点 ,贴近阑尾电切其系膜 ,不必套扎或用钛夹处理阑尾血管。结果 实施腹腔镜阑尾切除手术 40例 ,成功39例 ,转开腹 1例 ,患者切口小巧 ,美容效果佳。结论 该手术方法简便、时间短、出血少 。
Objective Discuss how to make the method of laparoscopy operation to be more minimal.Methods Based on the standard LC instrument and assistant with the needle type instrument, the 3 cuts were 0.2cm, 0.5cm and 1.0cm respectively .According to the characteristics of blood distribution of appendix, the operator cut off the mesoappendix press close to the appendix through electrocision.Results By the needle instrument assistant, totally ,39 cases are succeeded, 1 turned to laparotomy.The wound was small and beautiful.Conclusion This operation get the following characteristics: short time,limited bleeding, small and beautiful scar, no loop lost.
