尿道粘膜套入术治疗后尿道狭窄100例疗效观察

Report of 100 cases of mucosal pull-through urethroplasty for stricture of posterior urethra

目的 观察用尿道粘膜套入术治疗外伤性后尿道狭窄的疗效。方法 用尿道粘膜套入术治疗外伤性后尿道狭窄患者 1 0 0例。结果 治愈 95例 ,好转 2例 ,治愈率 95% ,总有效率 97%。术后平均最大尿流率 2 2 ml/s。结论 尿道粘膜套入术方法简单、疗效确切 。

Objective To observe the curative effect of mucosal pull through urethroplasty for treatment of traumatic stricture of posterior urethra.Methods 100 traumatic stricture of posterior urethra patients were operated by mucosal pull through urethroplasty.Results Cure and improment cases were 95 and 2 respectively.Cure and total effective rate were 95% and 97% respectively.The average maximum flow rate was 22ml/s.Conclusion The mucosal pull through urethroplasty is easy and with evident effect.It is a good for traumatic stricture of posterior urethra.
