摘要
目的观察运动员在腕部长期承受大负荷应力状态下腕骨沟结构的改变。资料与方法选择单掌断砖项目的武术功力运动员8人、普通体育运动者12人,均为男性,右利手。用螺旋CT扫描受试者腕部,对腕骨进行三维重建,然后测量腕骨沟近、远侧端宽度和深度。结果与普通体育运动者相比,功力运动员右手腕骨沟近侧端深度增加(P<0.05),左手腕骨沟宽度与深度均无显著变化(P>0.05)。功力运动员左、右手腕骨沟近侧端宽度均大于远侧端(P<0.01),并且右手近侧端腕骨沟深度明显大于远侧端(P<0.05)。结论豌豆骨内侧发力击断砖块这一特殊运动可使腕骨排列发生变化,使腕骨沟近侧端体积增大。
Purpose To study the specific structure change of carpal groove undergoing the long-term heavy stress by using spiral CT. Materials and Methods Eight male athletes of wushu power were selected whose skills were striking off bricks with medial wrist of their hands. Twelve sports enthusiasts were enrolled as controls. The wrists of all subjects were scanned by spiral CT and carpal bones were reconstructed by three-dimensional technique. The width and depth of the carpal groove between proximal and distal end were measured. Results Compared with the control group, the depth of the proximal carpal groove of right hand (dominant hand) significantly increased in the wushu power group (P〈0.05), while no difference in the width and depth in the left carpal groove between two groups (/〉〉0.05). The width of the proximal carpal groove was larger than that of distal end of the right hand in the wushu power (P〈0.01). Furthermore, the proximal depth of the left hand was deeper than that of the distal end (P〈0.05). Conelusion The special exercise like brick- stricken off may change arrange of carpal bones and enlarge the cubic volume in the proximal carpal groove.
