Hedgehog通路阻断剂抑制肝癌细胞株Hep3B侵袭作用的机制 被引量:1

摘要 原发性肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,进展迅速,易转移,预后差。HCC的发生和发展机制尚未完全阐明。Hedgehog信号通路的异常激活参与了HCC的发生和发展。本研究通过体外观察Hedgehog通路抑制剂对肝癌细胞增殖和侵袭能力的影响,探讨其作用机制,为HCC的分子靶向治疗提供依据。
