摘要
目的 观察大鼠全脑缺血再灌流前后的行为学变化。方法 采用Pullsinelli的四血管阻断法制作了大鼠全脑缺血再灌流动物模型 ;用Y -型迷宫检测全脑缺血前后大鼠的学习和记忆行为。结果 大鼠全脑缺血再灌流后学习和记忆能力明显下降。结论 全脑缺血再灌流严重损害了大鼠的学习和记忆功能。
Objective To observe the behavior change of the rats after global ischemia and reperfusion.Methods The four-vessel occlucsion (4-VO) model was created as described by Pulsinelli-Brierley in Sprague-Daewley rats. And the Y-type maze was used to detect the behavior change after global ischemia and reperfusion.Results The learning and memory function of the rats were reduced after global ischemia and reperfusion.Conclusion The global ischemia and reperfusion greatly impairs the learning and memory ability of rats.
