胃腺癌幽门螺杆菌感染与HIF-1α和iNOS表达的关系

摘要 目的:研究缺氧诱导因子(HIF)-1α和诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)在幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的胃腺癌组织中的表达情况。方法:收集行手术切除的胃腺癌患者198例;胃炎患者98例,分萎缩性胃炎组52例和非萎缩性胃炎组46例,采用免疫组织化学法检测3组HIF-1α和iNOS的蛋白表达。结果:胃腺癌组Hp感染阳性率(69.70%)明显高于胃炎组(54.08%),HIF-1α和iNOS在胃腺癌组中的阳性表达率显著高于萎缩性胃炎组和非萎缩性胃炎组(P<0.05),Hp阳性胃腺癌组的HIF-1α和iNOS表达的阳性率高于Hp阴性组。结论:Hp可能通过促进HIF-1α和iNOS的表达来参与胃腺癌的发生。 Objective: To investigate the expressions of HIF-1α arid iNOS in helieobacter pylori (Hp) -positive gastric adenocarcinoma (GAC), MethodS: One hundred and ninety-eight patients with surgical resection of GAC were collected in this study, including 98 gastritis, 52 atrophic:gastritis and 46 non-atrophic gastritis. The expressions of HIF-lα and iNOS were detected by immunohistochemical staining. Results: The Hp-positive infection rate was significantly higher in GAC group than that of atrophic gastritis group. The positive expression rates of HIF-lα and iNOS were significantly higher in GAC group than those of atrophic gastritis group and non- atrophic gastritis group (P 〈 0.05). The positive expression rates of HIF-lα and iNOS were significantly higher in Hp+ GAC group than those in Hp- GAC group. Conclusion: The carcinogenesis of Hp might be through the pathway of HIF-lα and iNOS.
