右美托咪定对双腔支气管内插管血流动力学的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察右美托咪定用于抑制双腔支气管内插管诱发患者心血管反应的效果。方法:择期全身麻醉下行肺或食管手术的患者30例,ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级,随机分为对照组(c组,n=15)和右美托咪定组(D组,n=5),在麻醉诱导前D组静脉泵注右美托咪定1μg/kg,泵注时间为15rain,C组静脉泵注与D组等容量的生理盐水。分别于输注右美托咪定前(T0)、气管插管前(T1)、气管插管时(T2)、气管插管后1、3、5、10min(T3-T6)时记录患者的血压及心率变化。结果:与C组比较,D组HR在T1-T6时点、SBP在T2-T5时点、DBP在T2-T6时点均降低,差异有统计学意义(P〈O.05或P〈0.01)。结论:1μg/kg的右美托咪定麻醉前泵注能够抑制双腔气管导管插管时的心血管反应。
