Advances of molecular biotechnologies in human papillonmvirus detection

摘要 人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染与宫颈癌发生密切相关,HPV的早期检测尤其是分型检测对预警宫颈细胞癌变倾向,以及对宫颈癌的预防、早期发现和治疗极为关键。随着分子生物学技术的快速发展,核酸杂交法、PCR法以及基因芯片等技术在HPV检测中广泛应用,此文主要对这些检测方法的研究及应用进展进行综述。 Cervical cancer is closely connected with human papillomavirus (HPV) infection. Early detection, es- pecially genotype testing of HPV, is important for early warning, prevention and therapy of cervical cancer. With rapid development of molecular biotechnologies, several assays in HPV detection are widely used. In this paper, the application and progress of nucleic acid hybridization, PCR and gene chip technology are reviewed.
