壳聚糖与PVA共混纤维的结构与性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用湿法纺丝技术制备壳聚糖与PVA共混纤维,通过FT-IR、XRD、SEM研究其微观结构、晶体结构和微观形貌,并测试纤维的力学性能、吸湿性能.结果表明:壳聚糖与PVA具有良好的相容性;壳聚糖与PVA之间有强的分子间作用,使得壳聚糖与PVA共混纤维的结晶度得到了提高;壳聚糖与PVA共混纤维的粗细比较均匀,横截面形状不规则,纤维表面有沟槽;PVA的加入改善了壳聚糖与PVA共混纤维的力学性能;壳聚糖与PVA共混纤维的回潮率为12.2%,略低于壳聚糖纤维的13.5%,吸湿性能良好. The chitosan/PVA blend fiber were prepared by wet-spining technology, and the microstructure, crystal structure and morphology were characterized by FT-IR, XRD and SEM. The mechanical and moisture absorption properties of fiber were also tested. The results indicated that good compatibility existed between chitosan and PVA molecules. Strong interaction occurred between chitosan and PVA molecules increased the crystallinity of chitosan/PVA fiber. The evenness of chitosan/PVA blend fiber was more or less the same, the shapes of cross sections were irregular, and had groove on the surface. The addition of PVA improved the mechanical properties of the chitosan/PVA blend fiber. The chitosan/PVA blend fiber had a lower moisture regain of 12.2% than the chitosan fiber 13.5%, but the absorption property was good.
