摘要 以聚醚多元醇、聚酯多元醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)等为原料,采用预聚体自乳化的方法合成脂肪族水性聚氨酯,通过单因素分析法,优化出最佳合成工艺:预聚反应65℃,2h;扩链反应70℃,2h;R值[n(异氰酸酯):n(羟基)]为1.8~2.4,DMPA用量3.5%~5.5%.整理后,防皱效果良好. Aliphatic waterborne polyurethane (WPU) was synthesized using polyether polyols, polyester polyols, isopropyl ketone diisocyanate (IPDI) and dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA) as raw materials through pre-polymerization self-emulsion method. The optimal synthetic technology was obtained through single factor method: pre-polymerization process was conducted at 65 ℃ for 2 h, extended chain reaction was per-formed under 70 ℃ for 2 h, R value (the molar ratio of isocyanate and hydroxyl) was 1.8-2.4 and DMPA dosage was 3.5%-5.5%. The finished fabric had good wrinkle resistance.
