摘要
选用不同防水架桥剂对化纤机织物进行防水整理,经对比试验,综合工厂节能降耗因素得出优化工艺:pH为4.5,150℃焙烘2 min,防水剂和架桥剂用量分别是3%(omf)和1%(omf).用该工艺加工的产品可以满足GB/T 3921-1997、GB/T 18318-2001、AATCC-22和GB/T 3923.1-1997等标准的要求.
Varieties of waterproof bridging agents were applied in waterproofing finish of synthetic woven fabrics. The optimal finishing technology was obtained through comparison experiments and consideration of plant energy saving factors: pH=4.5, curing at 150 ℃ for 2 min, 3%(omf) of waterproofing agent and 1%(omf) of bridging agent. Performance of the finished fabric could meet standards of GB/T 3921-1997, GB/T 18318-2001, AATCC-22 and GB/T 3923.1-1997.
