西安高新区电子信息产业集群研究

On Xi'an high-tech electronic information industrial cluster

通过调查和研究发现西安高新区电子信息企业普遍存在规模偏小、各自为政等的现象。结合产业集群理论,提出应该有效利用政府、企业以及各相关机构资源,利用市场规律,使得西安高新区电子信息产业集群的优势得到充分发挥,促进区域经济发展。

To investigate Xi＇an high-tech electronic information industry,connecting with the industrial cluster theory and visiting key enterprises are necessary.It is found that those enterprises are common for the small scale,without organization in company and experiences sharing among department.It focuses on the industrial cluster theory and the current situation of the development,and gives further perfect effective measures about current problems.It suggested that the resources about government,enterprises,and the relevant departments should be effective use to formulate preferential policy,use the market rules and make industrial cluster advantage into full play,promoting regional economic development.
