摘要
2012年财政性教育经费支出占国内生产总值的比值将达到4%,并且公共资源的配置重点向农村和城市薄弱学校倾斜,使薄弱学校得到均衡发展,但这些薄弱学校尤其是农村薄弱学校存在的问题很多,这就要求我们对农村学校的现状进行分析与思考。
Financial assistance for education is increasing in 2012,and the priority of public resources is towards rural and urban weak schools,so as to make them get a balanced development,but there are still many problems in these schools,which need our analysis and reflections.
