摘要
现行高校管理者注重用行政手段和经济手段来管理教师,在这种管理模式下,教师的主观能动性和自觉配合学校管理的积极性不能有效发挥,教师的自身发展和创新思维受到阻碍,影响了学校教学目标的实现。因此,改革陈旧的教师管理模式,采用以人为本的管理模式,给教师以自由空间,促进教师职业发展。
Currently,the school administrators devoted to manage teachers by administrative and economic means.Under this management mode,teachers' subjective status and subjective dynamics are neglected,meanwhile,the innovative thinking is strangled.So the teachers are lack of motivation to play a supporting role in school administration.Thus,it holds up the development of the teachers and affects the accomplishment of teaching goal.it is necessary to reforming teachers' management mode and adopting "people-oriented" management method on time.
