摘要
高校青年教师的教学能力对培养卓越工程师起着重要的作用。本文以卓越工程师的内涵为培养目标,探讨青年高校教师如何提高自身实践能力和教学方法,如何培养卓越工程师。
The teaching ability of university young teachers has a great effect on training excellent engineers.In this paper,the way of university young teachers improving the practical ability,teaching method and training excellent engineers were investigated,with the training aim of excellent engineers.
