高职院校学生责任教育的认识与实践

Understanding and Practice of Students' Responsibility Education in Higher Vocational College

责任教育在高职生的成长和未来的发展中有着非常重要的意义,培养大学生的责任意识是高校教育者的重要使命。本文阐述了对高职学生责任教育的基本原则和基本任务的认识,以及根据高职学生的特点如何进行责任教育的实践,并结合本校的实际情况和个人的工作实践,指出高职学生进行责任教育的途径,对高职院校责任教育有重要的借鉴意义。

Responsibility education plays a very important role in the growth and self-development of students in higher vocational colleges. To cultivate students＇ sense of responsibility is the main mission of higher vocational education. This paper puts forward some main points on the basic tasks and principles of higher vocational responsibility education and how to practice it according to the characteristics of students in higher vocational colleges. The effective ways to promote higher vocational responsibility education are introduced on the basis of personal experience as well as the situation of Shandong Vocational Institute of Economy and Business, which would be used for reference to responsibility education in higher vocational colleges.
