摘要
教学一词本就是一"教"一"学"两种行为的统一,教师是"教"的主体,学生是受教的对象,是"学"的主体。我们的教学行为只有在二者相互配合,良性互动的情况下才能取得良好的预期效果,任何一方教学过程中的脱节都不能是教学活动圆满的完成,传统的教学理论大多强调两者中的一方的重要性而忽略另一方。叶圣陶的"善教说"启示我们不仅要"教",还有"善教",不仅告诉我们教师自身修养的重要性,还指出学生的主体地位也理应得到充分的体现和提高,本文旨在探讨这一点对中小学教学的启示。
Teaching itself includes two acts, namely, teaching and learning, so only the combination of the two acts can help us achieve good expectations, while traditional teaching theories lay emphasis on one side but neglect the other. Ye Shengtao's "kindhearted teaching" tells us the importance of teachers' accomplishment as well as students' principal role.
