高职院校学生党员教育管理长效机制的探索

大学生党员是中国共产党的一个组成部分,在日益增长的党员数量中,大学生党员的增长比例也是越来越快,如何使大学生党员成为建设国家的中坚力量,如何使他们有责任感、使命感及发挥榜样的力量,是我们高职学院党建研究的课题,也是学生思想政治教育中必不可少的关键。本文就怎样对大学生党员进行教育管理,建立长效机制展开讨论。

College student party member is an integral part of the Chinese Communist Party, in a growing number of party members, the growth in the proportion of the student party members is also faster and faster, how to make college students party members to become the backbone of the nation-building, how to make them responsible, mission and play the power of example, is the subject of our vocational college party building, the essential key to students＇ ideological and political education. This paper discusses on how to construct a long-term mechanism for the education and management of college students.
