知识管理对企业核心竞争力的作用机理研究

Research into Mechanism of Knowledge Management on an Enterprise's Core Competitiveness

首先,对企业核心竞争力以及知识管理的相关概念进行了梳理,在此基础上从企业核心竞争力及知识管理的特有属性为切入点探究了知识管理对核心竞争力的作用机制,研究发现:知识管理有助于提升企业的核心竞争力,知识管理的有效实施有利于确保企业核心竞争力的难以模仿性和持续性,也有助于提升企业对于外部环境的适应性,同时,知识管理的有效开展有助于提升企业资源的利用效率以及企业经营活动的系统性。在此基础上,从知识管理理念树立、知识管理平台搭建以及知识导向型企业文化的营造几个方面提出了以知识管理促进企业核心竞争力提升的相应对策。

First of all, this paper analyzes the core competence of the enterprise and the related concept on knowledge management. And based on this, this paper is to explore the action mechanism of knowledge management on the core competence. The study found that： the knowledge management helps to improve enterprise core competitive power, and the effective implementation of knowledge management is helpful to ensure the unimitatability and consistency of the core competitiveness of enterprises, and also helps to promote the adaptability for external environment of the enterprise, and at the same time, the effective development of knowledge management to promote the use efficiency of enterprise resources and systematic operation activities of the enterprise. On this basis, some corresponding countermeasures are given in this paper on setting up the knowledge management concept, building knowledge management platform and the construction of enterprise culture knowledge guidance to promote core competitiveness of the enterprise.
