摘要
采用萃取-精馏法从发酵液中回收丙酮酸,重点研究了萃取-精馏法的工艺路线,详细讨论了不同萃取剂、不同酸调节pH值不同pH值以及减压精馏条件下不同塔顶温度、不同补料量对丙酮酸回收率的影响。最终确定了较好的工艺条件,获得了较高的产率,并且使产物中的丙酮酸含量达到99.1%以上。
Focusing on the process, studied the recovery of pyruvic acid from fermentation broth by extraction- distillation. Detailed discussed the effects of different solvents, different acids for adjusting pH value, different pH values as well as different top temperatures and feeding amounts under vacuum distillation on the recovery yields of pyruvic acid. Ultimately, determined the optimize process conditions with pyruvic acid content more than 99.1%.
