Research Progress on Optical Absorption of Nano Array Sturctures

摘要 分别介绍了近年来国内外对硅纳米线阵列、碳纳米管阵列和金属纳米阵列这几种典型的纳米阵列结构的研究,从理论和实验研究的角度综述了其光吸收性能的研究进展并提出了今后可能的研究方向。 Some typical nano array structures, such as silicon nanowire arrays, carbon nanotube arrays and me- tal nano-array, are introduced, and the recent theoretical and experimental progress on optical properties of these nano-materials are reviewed. The future research directions in this field are discussed.
